Zephyr Cove neighborhoods and nearby East Shore areas

Skyland

A lakeside subdivision in Zephyr Cove established in 1959, with a mix of lakefront and lake-view homes; a number of lakefront parcels have grandfathered piers and buoys. Skyland is counted as its own census place but carries Zephyr Cove addresses.

Marla Bay
